Returns

Our return policy extends for 14 days from the exact date your purchase is delivered to your address. If 14 days have elapsed since the arrival of your purchase at your address, regrettably, we cannot process a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a valid return, your item must be completely uninstalled, unused, and in its original product packaging.

Please note that we do not charge any restocking fees for processing your return.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and the credited amount will be applied automatically to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

Exchanges (if applicable)

For items that arrive defective or damaged, you may request either a replacement or a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please email contact@lioren.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the damage to initiate the exchange process.
